What is the cost per session?

I charge $150 per session, with the opportunity for a sliding scale based off of income.

Do you take insurance?

As a private pay practice, I do not take insurance up front, but can provide a superbill for you to present to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, typically though a PPO plan.

Do you offer tele-heath services?

I offer both in person and tele-health services through a secure Zoom meeting.

What happens in the first session?

The first session begins with a few minutes of reviewing forms together, an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have before beginning, and then you telling me a little bit about what is bringing you in and how I can help you. No need to rush into anything that may be too distressing.
